Shipping & Delivery Policy

BIC Research sells a digital subscription to research on bicresearch.in. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

Subscriber access is switched on in your account as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few seconds. Sign in at bicresearch.into use it. The weekly newsletter, if you've signed up for it, arrives by email every Monday.

If your account still shows the free plan an hour after a successful payment, email support@bicresearch.in with your account email and payment ID. We'll activate it, or refund the payment, within 2 working days.
